In order to greatly position the company within their competitive environment, we organized several workshops with the Groupe Barsalou Meunier. With them, among others, we studied their market, defined their target audiences, and put forward their distinctive features. Then, we set the company’s strategic pillars, and finally, we established the project priorities and deadlines.
